Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach, call on small and mid-sized businesses, and present supplemental insurance solutions in Lakewood, WA. You’ll build a personal book of business, set your schedule, and work with a team that supports growth.

Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist. You should be a proactive communicator, comfortable with cold outreach, and capable of managing a territory with growing responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement).
• No AI in recruiting; strong people skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Call on new businesses and referrals to grow your book of business.
• Meet with owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Set appointments, follow up, and manage monthly/quarterly targets with your manager.
• Submit sales metrics daily and maintain territory relations.
