Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is expanding its sales team in Texas and seeking individuals who value control over their income and a strong work‑life balance. You will undergo an immersive training program blending online coursework with field coaching in your local territory.

You will meet with business owners to present tailored supplemental insurance solutions, conduct group presentations, and grow a personal client portfolio with ongoing support from a dedicated field trainer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years work experience in sales or related field.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and follow up on referrals.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio; meet sales targets.
