Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or related field.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willingness to obtain) with study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and report activity.
