You will engage with business owners and employees to tailor high-quality insurance solutions and drive growth through consultations and group presentations. No prior sales experience is required as we mold the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build genuine connections quickly.
• Resilience in challenging situations and a track record of exceeding expectations in sales or leadership roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Visit new businesses, develop local relationships, and follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio and meet sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedules and submit them to your sales team manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
