Job summary

Hallmark Financial Services Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth through independent agents in the assigned territory. You will recruit, onboard and nurture agency partnerships, execute sales plans and communicate effectively with sales and product leadership.

This field sales role requires travel up to 30% overnight. You will analyze agency performance, present to groups, maintain records and implement strategies to meet the company’s sales expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3–5 years insurance sales experience.
• Experience with non-standard auto insurance operations is preferable.
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a territory of independent agents and maintain relationships.
• Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve goals.
• Drives new business policy and premium growth.
• Assess agency mix of business, retention and profitability.
• Onboard and train agencies on Hallmark products and underwriting guidelines.
• Present and communicate to large groups and influence behavior through consultative selling.
• Evaluate agency relationships for profitability.
• Maintain up-to-date records of field activity and reports; travel 30%+ overnight.
