Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 3-5 years insurance sales experience.
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to analyze performance data and build action plans from insights.

• Manage and develop a territory of independent agents and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve goals.
