Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3-5 years insurance sales experience.
• Non-standard auto insurance operations knowledge helpful for communication with agencies and company personnel.
• Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret report data from company records and build action plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a territory of independent agents; find new partners and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve goals.
• Drive new business policy and premium growth.
• Assess agency mix of business, retention and profitability.
• Onboard agencies and train on Hallmark products, underwriting guidelines, programs and rating tools.
• Present to large groups and influence behavior through consultative selling.
• Evaluate agency relationships for profitability.
• Attend industry conventions, events or groups associated with Hallmark.
