Job summary

Hallmark Financial Services Inc. seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive profitable growth by influencing independent agents to sell Hallmark Auto and Renters products. You will develop existing agencies and recruit new partners, executing business plans to meet sales expectations.

You will travel regionally to visit agencies, onboard and train partners, and maintain records. Strong communication, analytics and a proactive, self-starting attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 3–5 years insurance sales experience.
• Experience with non-standard auto insurance operations, claims, coverage, products and underwriting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory of independent agents and establish new agency partnerships.
• Implement sales strategies to hit growth targets and drive premium growth.
• Maintain and strengthen agency relationships at all levels.
• Onboard and train agencies on Hallmark products, underwriting guidelines, programs and tools.
• Present effectively to groups and influence agent behavior through consultative selling.
• Travel within assigned territory, including 30% overnight travel as required.
• Record field activity and sales data accurately for reporting.
