Job summary

8AK American Hallmark General Agency is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow our network of independent agents in the Arizona region. You will drive sales, onboard agencies, and implement effective growth strategies while maintaining strong relationships with partners.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years in insurance sales, with knowledge of non-standard auto insurance operations. Expect regular travel and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 3–5 years of insurance sales experience.
• Experience in non-standard auto insurance operations and underwriting is preferred.
• Skills: bilingual English/Spanish; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication, organization and time management.
• Must be able to analyze data and build action plans from insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a territory of independent agents across the assigned area.
• Drive policy and premium growth through effective sales strategies.
• Onboard and train new agencies on Hallmark products and underwriting guidelines.
• Travel regularly, with 30% overnight travel expected.
