Job summary

Benjamin Moore & Co is seeking an accomplished Inside Sales Representative to manage a portfolio of smaller retail accounts and drive revenue growth across assigned geographies. You will build strong, trust-based relationships with store owners, managers, and staff, and collaborate with internal teams to provide product knowledge and support.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or customer service, a related Bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel to meet clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, customer service, or account management experience (paint/retail preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Willingness to travel; must reside near a designated hub.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of smaller retail accounts based on geography and store type.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with store owners, managers, and staff.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth and brand loyalty.
• Conduct regular virtual check-ins and occasional in-person visits to ensure engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide product knowledge, training, and support to partners.
