Job summary

Benjamin Moore & Co is seeking an Inside Sales professional to manage a portfolio of smaller retail accounts across designated geography. You will build relationships with store owners and staff, identify sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth through regular outreach and in-person visits as needed.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and the ability to travel. A valid driver’s license and proximity to a hub are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of sales, customer service, or account management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel; must reside near a designated hub.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of smaller retail accounts based on geography, sales volume, and store type.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with store owners, managers, and staff.
• Identify sales opportunities and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and brand loyalty.
• Conduct regular virtual check-ins and occasional in-person visits to ensure engagement and support.
• Leverage scripts to guide conversations and drive seasonal focus areas.
