Job summary

Benjamin Moore is seeking a driven Inside Sales professional in Orlando to manage a portfolio of smaller retail accounts and grow revenue across P&D and H&W channels.

You will build strong relationships with store owners and staff, conduct regular virtual check-ins, and travel to key retailers as needed. The role emphasizes collaboration with marketing, operations, and regional sales teams to meet regional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in sales, customer service, or account management (preferably in paint, coatings, or retail).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel; must reside near a designated hub.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of smaller retail accounts selected based on geography, sales volume, and store type (P&D or H&W).
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with store owners, managers, and staff.
• Identify sales opportunities and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and brand loyalty.
• Conduct regular virtual check-ins and occasional in-person visits to ensure engagement and support for accounts.
• Leverage scripts to guide conversations to ensure seasonal focus areas that drive sales and service goals.
