Responsibilities

• Generate revenue growth by converting inbound inquiries and opportunities into sales while cross-selling and upselling.
• Build strong customer relationships to increase loyalty and value through CumminsSalesProcess.
• Develop and qualify leads, assist with quotations and RFPs, and progress through the sales cycle to meet revenue targets.
• Address customer concerns promptly to improve experience and serve as a trusted contact throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and customer data within CRM and sales systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to balance inventory, service and delivery with customer expectations.
• Identify process improvements and support new customer setup to increase overall value.
