Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in St. Louis. You will close sales, win new business in a defined territory, and participate in award-winning training while selling HR solutions across the hire-to-retire spectrum.

You will cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, and manage multiple sales processes through implementation, aiming for top-line growth and customer success at ADP.

Qualifications

• 3 years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales).
• Military experience – teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building helpful.
• Ability to build relationships with HR and executive decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and win new business within a defined territory.
• Attend training and sell HR solutions to new and existing clients.
• Cultivate relationships with HR and executives, set appointments, and assess buyer needs.
