ADP, Inc. is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales within a defined territory and win new business. You will participate in our award-winning training program and collaborate with a team to deliver HR solutions that improve client outcomes.

You’ll cultivate relationships with HR leaders and executives, present ADP solutions, and manage multiple deals through the sales cycle, with compensation, benefits, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Positive Self-Starter with upbeat, persistent style and ability to cold call.
• Strategic Closer with network and quota experience in outside B2B sales.
• Proven Winner with ambition, able to hit and exceed quotas.
