Job summary

VITAS Healthcare is seeking a driven sales professional to expand the reach of our end-of-life care services across local physician offices, hospitals and care facilities in the Cincinnati area.

You will build trusted relationships with healthcare leaders and families, guide referral sources through prognostication and the Medicare hospice benefit, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure patients receive the right care at the right time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in healthcare settings preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with physicians, healthcare leaders and professionals.
• Guide referral sources through prognostication, hospice value, and conversations with families.
• Champion the Medicare hospice benefit and its benefits to patients and families.
• Collaborate with clinical partners to ensure the right care at the right time for patients.
