Job summary

VITAS Healthcare is seeking a representative to educate physicians, healthcare leaders, and professionals about the value of hospice care in patients' final illness stages. You will build trusted relationships and guide referral sources through prognostication and the Medicare hospice benefit.

You will work from a local VITAS office within your territory, visiting physician offices, hospitals, and care facilities to connect with teams, discuss patient needs, and advocate for timely, appropriate

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience or in healthcare services preferred.
• Competitive team environment with individual accountability.
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and solution creation.
• Experience in hospice or volunteer organizations is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
