Job summary

You will communicate the hospice value proposition, guide referrals through prognostication, and champion Medicare hospice benefits to families facing serious illness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience or healthcare services preferred.
• Experience in competitive team environments with accountability.
• Ability to show examples of critical thinking and problem solving.
• Military service a plus.
• Volunteer organization experience a plus.
• Hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong customer service, urgency, and problem solving skills.
• Effective time management and organization.
• Know-how of need-satisfaction selling process.
• Ability to manage a territory and build partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal skills across all organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; RN/LPN/LVN or SW licenses acceptable.
