Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Specialist to promote our home health care services and develop referral source relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, discharge planners, and case managers in the assigned territory. You will travel within the territory, prepare business plans, maintain target lists, and use CRM tools to organize opportunities.

This patient-facing role requires a bachelor's degree in a health-related field or marketing/business with health sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or health-related science with two years of health care or related industry sales experience.
• Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, case managers, and SNFs; or experience as a clinical liaison.
• CRM experience or maintaining sales outreach is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Role is patient facing and TB screening required.

Responsibilities

• Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers to develop referral relationships.
• Prepare business plans, maintain target lists, and prioritize accounts.
• Gather and organize account information and provide feedback on opportunities.
• Report to a Market Executive of Sales and travel within the assigned territory as required.
