Beauregard Equipment in Scarborough, ME is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to grow our presence across Oxford, Androscoggin, Sagadahoc, Kennebec, and Lincoln Counties. You will hunt for new business, manage a territory, and build lasting customer relationships with contractors and agricultural customers.

The role offers competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, manufacturer bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales.
• Experience managing a sales territory and developing new business.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales within an assigned territory.
• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, municipalities, landscapers, agricultural customers, and business owners.
• Consult with customers to recommend equipment and solutions that meet needs.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets ($2M year 1; $6M year 3).
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and follow-up.
• Travel regularly to meet customers and visit job sites.
