Job summary

Gold Coast JCB, a JCB dealer for Southeast FL, is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive machine sales and support customers from the field. The role serves as the primary liaison between Gold Coast JCB and its customers, promoting products and services while ensuring exceptional satisfaction.

The position requires building rapport, delivering technical information, and coordinating quotes and deliveries.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the specified industry or an equivalent college degree.
• 5+ years sales experience in dealership or rental with heavy customer contact.
• Valid and active Florida driver9s license.
• Prior territory management experience preferred.
• Pass drug screen, background checks, and pre-employment tests.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities by researching potential accounts and preparing quotes.
• Build relationships with customers quickly and in a mutually beneficial manner.
• Listen to and engage every customer to obtain sufficient information to determine requests.
• Answer customer questions regarding products, prices, availability, and rental policies.
• Enter orders into CRM and create quotations; maintain records of contacts and orders.
• Consult with clients after contract signings to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.
