Job summary

Gold Coast JCB in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sales and build strong customer relationships. From our main office, you will be the primary liaison between Gold Coast JCB and customers, handling inquiries, presenting equipment solutions, and closing sales.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in inside sales, strong communication skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years inside sales support experience.
• Proven inside sales experience preferably in equipment sales.
• Strong customer service and a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build strong relationships with customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, provide product information, and close sales.
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and email.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend equipment solutions.
• Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Prepare and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up on quotes and leads to convert them into sales.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
