Job summary

Gold Coast JCB is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in West Palm Beach, FL to drive sales, manage accounts, and provide excellent customer service. You will handle inquiries, present equipment solutions, and process orders from the main office, coordinating with operations for delivery and maintaining CRM records.

The role requires strong communication and a customer-centric mindset, with at least 2 years in inside sales or equipment sales and proficiency in CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of inside sales support or equipment sales experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office; ability to multitask and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build strong relationships with customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, provide product information, and close sales.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email; make outbound calls to customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend equipment solutions; provide pricing details.
• Prepare and process sales orders; follow up on quotes and leads.
• Coordinate with operations for timely delivery; maintain CRM records.
• Provide sales updates to management and stay current on product trends.
