Job summary

Gulf Coast JCB is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative to drive parts and service revenue in the Baton Rouge, LA area. You will develop new customer relationships, strengthen existing accounts, and promote solutions that maximize uptime while growing the dealership’s parts and service business.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment or related industries, with outside sales or product support sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, agriculture equipment, truck, diesel engine, or related industries.
• Previous outside sales, product support sales, service sales, parts sales, or customer support experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer accounts and grow existing relationships through prospecting and site visits.
• Promote and sell parts, service, maintenance, inspections, and repair offerings to increase uptime.
• Perform equipment inspections and document conditions to identify maintenance and repair opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory growth plan and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
