Job summary

Coastal CAT is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to develop and manage a sales territory in the Fort Myers area. You will generate new business, nurture customer relationships, and promote our line of equipment and services through demonstrations and proposals.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in heavy equipment sales, and proficiency with CRM systems to maintain accurate forecasts and activity reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales territory to achieve revenue and market share goals.
• Conduct customer visits to understand needs, present equipment solutions, and provide product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales agreements in coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and customer activity reports.
• Collaborate with service, rental, and product support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and new product offerings.
