IconicCare in Dallas, TX is seeking a field-based partner to visit skilled nursing facilities across the Dallas Fort-Worth metro. You’ll build relationships with Administrators and Directors of Nursing, coordinate with Dr.

Morris and our Revenue Operations team, and bring the clinical team closer to patient care. You don’t need a clinical background; you’ll be the relationship builder and calendar organizer.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass a background check and meet facility visitor requirements.
• Professional, trustworthy, kind presence in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Repeatedly visit facilities across the Dallas metro.
• Build repeat relationships with front desk staff, Administrators, and DONs.
• Set up alignment calls with Administrators and DONs.
• Log every visit and meeting in HubSpot.
• Keep a clean pipeline for smooth handoffs.
