Job summary

Iconic Care Support Services seeks a candidate to own the Cleveland metro, visiting skilled nursing facilities, building relationships with Administrators and Directors of Nursing, and coordinating with our clinical team. You won't need a clinical background—the clinical conversation is handled on the call by Dr.

Morris. You will be back in the same buildings regularly, turning front-desk hello into trusted partnerships, logging visits in HubSpot, and keeping a clean pipeline so calls are ready

Qualifications

• Reliable multi-site field presence across a metro area.
• Ability to build trust with administrators, DONs, and facility staff.
• Strong organizational skills to follow a system and log visits.

Responsibilities

• Repeatedly visit a set route of facilities across your metro.
• Build repeat relationships with front desk staff, Administrators, and DONs.
• Set up alignment calls with Administrator and DON.
• Log every visit and meeting in HubSpot.
• Maintain a clean pipeline so each booked call is ready for handoff.
