Job summary

Nourish is expanding its Provider Partnerships in Houston, focusing on growing a referral network with physicians, specialists, and clinic staff. This field-based role emphasizes building trust, expanding accounts, and consistently increasing patient access to insurance-covered nutrition care.

You’ll join a high-performance team led by a regional manager, working in a fast-paced healthcare environment with opportunities for rapid career growth and autonomy.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, healthcare, or high-performance environments.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable spending most of the week in the field.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with healthcare providers and clinic staff within ~1 hour radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from ground up.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through relationship management and strategic territory planning.
• Educate providers on Nourish and the impact nutrition care can have on patient outcomes.
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and performance targets.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
