Alleviation Enterprise LLC is growing its sales team in Frisco, TX, and seeks a driven individual to join our culture of Ownership, Growth, and Service. The role focuses on introducing business owners to top-tier supplemental health plans through calls, visits, and presentations.

We provide extensive training with virtual classes and hands-on mentoring in your territory, plus optional travel weeks to collaborate with colleagues in other regions.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain) with course provided and licensing fees reimbursed.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience or relevant sales/athletic background considered.

Responsabilités

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs and present solutions.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with local owners and reservice clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio; meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Record daily activity and sales progress; collaborate with manager.
