Job summary

Vestis Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a territory with route sales representatives, focusing on safety, customer retention, and growth. The role reports to a Service Manager or Sr. Territory Manager, with potential interaction with the General Manager.

You will travel with field teams (about 60%), coach RSRs, review trends, and negotiate renewals while protecting pricing and profitability. A valid driver’s license and DOT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in service/route-based environment with growth in accounts.
• Experience with P&L accountability or contract-based service is a plus.
• Significant customer interface and service experience required.
• Production planning, maintenance, or warehouse operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sustain a safety culture.
• Coach and develop Route Sales Representatives in your territory.
• Report to Service Manager or Sr. Territory Manager; may report to General Manager.
• Drive a pervasive sales culture through TIG and Shared Lead programs.
• Assist in new account installations as directed.
• Manage day-to-day activity of customer service programs.
• Visit customers quarterly to review growth and service opportunities.
• Ensure RSRs respond to and resolve service requests in a timely manner.
• Set clear expectations and lead by example.
• Travel ~60% with service professionals for on-route observations.
