Job summary

WillScot in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to maximize territory share through high-volume prospecting and inquiry conversion, achieving activations. The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, inbound conversion, and account development with in-person customer visits.

You will build strong customer relationships, provide tailored container and modular structure solutions, and use CRM to track performance and manage accounts. Travel required 10–20% to visit key customers.

Qualifications

• 1 year of outbound prospecting experience or 1 year experience at WSMM.
• Willingness to travel 10%–20% for field visits with key customers.
• Experience in high-volume, transactional sales cycle and leasing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets for containers and modular structures.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and site visits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
• Travel 10%–20% to conduct field visits with important customers.
