WillScot is seeking a Sales Growth professional to develop strategic plans and drive revenue for containers, ground level offices, and modular structures. The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, inbound conversion, and building a strong pipeline.

Based in the United States, it is an in-office position with commission opportunities and benefits. You will identify target customers, tailor solutions, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to close deals and grow market share.

Qualifications

• High-volume, transactional sales and leasing experience.
• Consultative, solution-selling approach.
• Experience with strategic account management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to hit targets.
• Outbound prospecting ~40%, inbound ~30%, and account development rest.
• Identify and prioritize potential customers and market segments.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and convert leads.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
