Job summary

Executive Home Care of Newtown seeks a Marketing Liaison to drive referral development across Bucks County. You will plan and execute the territory marketing strategy, build relationships with hospitals, elder-law professionals, and care advocates, and convert partnerships into steady referrals for private-pay, long-term care insurance, and VA benefits clients.

You will work with the Owner with substantial independence, in a non-clinical role, focusing on education, branding, and partner

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales, business development, or community liaison experience in home care, home health, hospice, senior living, or related healthcare referral-based sales.
• Active network of referral relationships in Bucks County senior care and healthcare community.
• Record of meeting or exceeding referral or sales goals.
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and relationship-management skills.
• CRM usage for pipeline and activity tracking.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and execute an annual and quarterly Bucks County marketing plan.
• Identify and manage referral relationships with hospitals, rehab discharge planners, elder law attorneys, financial advisors, and VA benefits providers.
• Represent the company at community events and with partner sites; ensure materials align with brand standards and privacy requirements.
• Record outreach and pipeline status in the CRM; report weekly on activity and priorities.
