Job summary

Outcome HC is seeking an energetic Community Liaison / Healthcare Marketer to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in PA. You will develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physician offices, and referral sources, while conducting regular outside marketing visits in Carbon and Monroe Counties.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in healthcare marketing or admissions, capable of generating census growth through outreach, events, and targeted promotions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; relevant healthcare marketing or sales experience will also be considered.
• Outside sales or relationship-development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Carbon County, Monroe County, and surrounding market preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physician offices, and referral sources.
• Conduct regular outside marketing visits throughout Carbon and Monroe Counties.
• Identify and develop new referral sources and opportunities for census growth.
• Promote skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services in the community.
• Maintain contact and follow-up with referral partners; track activity and trends.
• Plan and participate in educational lunches, networking events, and other promotional activities.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations to healthcare professionals and partners.
• Collaborate with Admissions and facility leadership to identify census needs and opportunities.
• Meet established marketing, referral, and census-development goals.
• Monitor competitors and market trends across the territory.
