Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking an Outreach Associate in Williamsburg, VA to drive GTM strategy and build partnerships with local referral sources for our virtual behavioral health programs.

You will travel 4–5 days/week, engage with patients, parents, and providers, and collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to achieve growth while benefiting from comprehensive benefits and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Based in Williamsburg, VA and fluent in English.
• 1–4 years of proven sales experience; owning & overachieving KPIs a plus.
• Healthcare experience with organizations is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally 4–5 days/week with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills.
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Zoom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4 - 5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events.
• Synthesize market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
