Job summary

TrueBlue, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in Madison, TN to oversee day-to-day branch operations and drive revenue growth within the territory.

You will manage P&L, supervise staff, and ensure safety compliance while building strong customer relationships. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and at least 4 years of professional experience with 2 years in management, preferably within staffing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years of professional experience with 2 years of related management experience.
• Experience in improving customer satisfaction and driving positive business outcomes.
• Experience in account management and direct customer interface.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory profit and loss (P&L) and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Monitor performance metrics and financial data to drive improvements.
• Lead staffing, scheduling and performance reviews for 2-7 staff across locations.
• Travel to customer sites for sales and safety needs.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with regulations.
