Job summary

TrueBlue is seeking a Territory Manager in Costa Mesa, CA to drive revenue growth and manage day-to-day branch operations. You will oversee P&L, lead staff, and ensure safety and compliance while building strong customer relationships across the territory.

The role requires 4+ years of professional experience with 2 years in management, preferably in staffing. Occasional travel to client sites and local markets is expected, with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years’ professional experience with 2 years of related management experience.
• Experience in staffing or similar industry preferred; strong leadership competencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory operations, P&L, and staff scheduling across locations.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Lead safety culture and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and coach territory staff; set performance goals.
• Retain and expand customer accounts; respond to feedback and drive sales.
• Travel to customer sites and create quotes; support sales opportunities.
