Job summary

TrueBlue in Ventura, CA is seeking a Territory Manager to drive revenue growth, manage P&L, and lead branch operations across the territory. You will supervise staff, optimize customer service, and ensure compliance with regulations while building strong client relationships.

The role requires 4+ years of leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a proven track record in staffing or related industries. Occasional travel to client sites and a focus on safety are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years’ professional experience with 2 years of related management experience.
• Experience in account management and direct customer interface.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory P&L and monitor financial metrics.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and branch appearance per standards.
• Lead hiring, scheduling and staff development across locations.
• Maintain customer satisfaction, address feedback and resolve issues.
• Travel to client sites for sales and safety needs and promote safety culture.
