Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: Minimum five years in workers' compensation insurance, mid-level.
• Marketing or Underwriting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans with travel to optimize opportunities and align with regional resources.
• Position BHHC as the market of choice with agents and target markets; pursue new agency appointments and production opportunities.
• Monitor agency growth and profitability; identify performance gaps and develop improvement plans.
• Manage agency partnerships to meet premium standards and growth goals; handle appointments and renewals.
• Conduct in-person agency visits, prospect meetings, and reviews; collaborate with Underwriting and other teams.
