The role drives business development and brand strategy across New York, New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, and the New England region, with travel within the territory required.

The position collaborates with Underwriting, Client Services, and Loss Control to enhance agency performance and customer experience, while expanding production sources and optimizing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in the workers compensation insurance industry (Mid-Level), is required, preferably in a Marketing or Underwriting role.

Responsibilities

• Creates and executes territory plans with travel plans and aligns with regional resources.
• Position BHHC as the market of choice with agents and target markets; gain agency commitments.
• Monitor agency growth and profitability; develop profit improvement plans.
• Manage agency partnerships to achieve minimum premium standards and growth goals.
• Conduct in-person agency visits, prospect meetings, and stewardship meetings; coordinate with Underwriting and other teams.
