Qualifications

• Minimum of seven (7) years for Senior-Level, is required, preferably in a Marketing or Underwriting role.

Responsibilities

• Creates and executes territory plans with travel to grow profitable business.
• Positions BHHC as market of choice with agents and target markets; secures new agency appointments and production.
• Monitors agency growth and profitability; develops plans to improve performance.
• Manages agency partnerships to meet minimum premium standards and growth goals.
• Conducts in-person agency visits, prospect meetings, and stewardship discussions with stakeholders.
• Educates agents on BHHC value proposition and service model by premium size.
• Mentors other managers and implements new tools and processes.
• Participates in underwriting meetings and supports quotes for agency partners.
• Analyzes competitor information and territory opportunities to drive strategy.
• Collaborates with Marketing, Underwriting, and IT to simplify business processes.
