Fishman Flooring Solutions is seeking a hunter-style Territory Business Manager to manage an assigned sales territory, grow existing accounts, and aggressively pursue new commercial and residential business opportunities in the Metro Atlanta area. This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong relationship-building skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for delivering results.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to discover and develop new accounts.
• Strong customer service excellence mindset.
• Highly motivated, accountable, and able to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint; CRM experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of the assigned sales territory, including account development and retention
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
• Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and order fulfillment
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
• Represent Fishman Flooring Solutions at trade shows, events, and customer meetings
