Job summary

Fishman Flooring Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and customer experience across a defined region. This role leads Branch Managers and Territory Business Managers, partnering with Regional Operations to ensure operational excellence and profitable growth.

You will develop high-performing teams and strengthen key customer relationships while executing company initiatives with integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years outside sales experience; Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with showroom sales and customer service is preferred
• Flooring industry experience strongly preferred
• Understanding of sales forecasting, programs, promotions, customer service, showroom activity, and company procedures

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement regional sales programs and policies; assign territories.
• Lead branch managers to hit regional sales targets and optimize resources.
• Supervise Territory Business Managers and Branch Managers for peak performance.
• Conduct performance appraisals and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Hire, train, and develop regional sales and branch staff to meet standards.
• Travel within the region to ensure execution and relationship building.
