Job summary

TimberHP, Inc is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Philadelphia, Virginia, or North Carolina. You will actively hunt new business, build relationships with builders and developers, and drive demand for our new wood fiber insulation product in North America.

You’ll own your territory with a clear plan, run workshops, train staff, and act as the local product expert, all while navigating codes and pricing to maximize growth. Competitive pay with generous commission awaits top performers.

Qualifications

• Hunter mentality with a drive to win new territory.
• Exceptional time management, organization and follow-through.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and initiative.
• Strong negotiating and influencing skills; comfortable with public speaking.
• Experience with promotional activities (trade shows, dealer events, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and travel within territory as needed.
• Knowledge of residential and light commercial building practices is a plus.
• Previous sales experience in building materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hunt down and close new business; develop relationships with owners/developers, builders, remodelers, GC, architects.
• Drive profitable sales growth for customers and TimberHP.
• Create demand from scratch and generate excitement for a new product in North America.
• Build and execute a territory business plan for PA, VA, NC, or MA.
• Run product knowledge workshops, training, and sales calls using TimberHP resources.
• Become the local expert on TimberHP products and building envelope performance.
• Stay sharp on codes and demonstrate how TimberHP helps meet them.
• Master pricing, shipping programs, rebates, and first-time user incentives.
