Evergreen is seeking an experienced Territory Manager in Nashville, TN to partner with independent retailers across multiple channels, from hardware to gift shops. You will use a proven playbook, drive sales, manage 100+ accounts, and earn salary plus commissions and bonuses.

With 60+ Territory Managers nationwide, you will leverage a real-time inventory system, field training, and showroom resources to grow your territory.

Qualifications

• Experienced sales professional with a track record in fast-paced environments.
• Strong relationship-building with independent retailers.
• Comfortable using technology and data to manage business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with independent retailers across multiple channels and manage a large account portfolio.
• Present new collections, review assortments, and identify growth opportunities.
• Follow Evergreen playbook to drive sales, merchandising, and in-store strategy.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term retail partnerships while growing 100+ accounts.
