Job summary

Evergreen is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive sales across a broad network of independent retailers in Louisiana, including hardware stores, garden centers, and gift shops. You will manage a large portfolio of accounts, leveraging a proven playbook to maximize earnings and market share.

You will work within a fast-paced environment, supported by onboarding, ongoing training, and access to Evergreen’s showroom and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Territory Managers partner with independent retailers across multiple channels, including hardware stores, garden centers, drug and pharmacy retailers, specialty gift shops, hospital gift stores, and more.
• Manage a portfolio of 100+ accounts independently.
• Use digital tools, CRM, and reporting to track progress, plan future visits, and stay connected.
• Visit independent retailers to present new collections, review assortments, and identify growth opportunities.
