Job summary

Reynolds American Inc. invites applications for a Territory Manager in Morganton, NC. You will grow brands by building strong, lasting relationships with local retail partners and stakeholders, taking initiative, and driving results in a self-starting role.

You will develop local strategies, identify opportunities, optimize POS placement, and collaborate with distributors to expand market share while delivering on the 5Ps of presence, pricing, promotion, product, and personal selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Achieves commercial sales and growth objectives within territory assignment.
• Develops a local strategy and business plan for meeting territory objectives.
• Identifies, analyzes, prioritizes, and targets existing and potential retail outlets.
• Develops strategy for product and POS material placements to optimize sales and visibility.
• Builds client relationships to increase market share and brand presence.
• Sell and implement the 5Ps of presence, pricing, promotion, product, and personal selling.
