Job summary

Supernus Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in the Phoenix area. You will drive sales objectives, provide current product information to physicians, and ensure compliance with all sales policies. The role requires in-territory residence or relocation and travel as needed.

Expect to meet quarterly targets, participate in training, and maintain accurate call records. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of B2B sales are required, with strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience required.
• Ability to produce documented sales results and awards/achievements.
• Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sound judgment and decision-making ability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Willing to reside within assigned territory or relocate within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet all quarterly sales objectives for products within the territory.
• Implement marketing and sales strategies as directed.
• Participate in off-site sales meetings and training programs.
• Demonstrate mastery of selling skills from training and action plans.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of products, competitors, and services.
• Keep call records for physicians and customers and submit reports on time.
• Develop and maintain physician universe and territory plan for coverage.
