Job summary

Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Phoenix North, AZ (Parkinson's). The role drives sales by executing marketing strategies, delivering product information to physicians, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Remote-friendly, with travel to cover the territory and participate in training events. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of outside B2B sales, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside B2B sales experience.
• Must produce documented sales results and achievements.
• Must possess excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making ability.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Must live or reside within assigned territory or be willing to relocate within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet all quarterly sales objectives for Supernus products within designated territory.
• Implement marketing and sales strategies as directed.
• Participate in off-site sales meetings and training programs as required.
• Demonstrate mastery of selling skills per initial training and Plan of Action meetings.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Supernus products, competitors, and support services.
• Maintain up-to-date call records for physicians and key customers.
• Adhere to policies for distribution of marketing materials and samples.
• Submit reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
• Develop and maintain physician universe and territory management plan for efficient coverage.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
