Job summary

Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and implement marketing strategies within an assigned territory. You will provide accurate product information to physicians to support sales while adhering to all company policies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in pharma sales (CNS preferred) with strong organizational and communication skills, plus ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• 2+ years of pharmaceuticals sales experience is required, CNS experience preferred.
• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to produce documented sales results and awards/achievements.
• Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meets all quarterly sales objectives for Supernus products within the territory.
• Implements marketing and sales strategies as directed.
• Maintains up-to-date call records for physicians and key customers.
• Develops and maintains a territory management plan for efficient coverage.
